Communications and Marketing
While with the city of Grand Prairie, Hart and Sprinkles executed countless successful campaigns, including almost 20 bond or sales tax elections, all of which were approved by the voters. From small communication and marketing plans for groundbreakings, ribbon cuttings, grand openings, program launches, and changes in services or benefits, to large regional and state advertising campaigns, creativity, clear assignments, appropriate staffing, and successful results were repeated time after time.
Training
Hart’s vast experience as a presenter, workshop leader, and speaker earned him spots at state and national conferences throughout his career. With his creative and humorous approach, attendees are entertained, enlightened, and educated. He has led presentations and workshops for cities, school districts, the U.S. Army, private companies, and professional organizations.
